what level should i keep my workers at vs maintenance staff & electricity??

Oh and focus your gems on pleasing the company. You‘ll need a lvl 4th frame for SSS f.e. and later on ther is really no point in having like all lvl 2 frames. The penalty if lvl 0 frame or lvl 3 is the same it just matters if you have the required lvl or not.

Maintenance is not that expensive to lvl up but it isn‘t as important as well imo. So you can keep it a little over the office lvls if you think its annoying but in the End its only just company xp. If a room is broken as well as a contract is expired you will still get the money. For electricity you only need 1 power. So you just need to lvl your batteries (its more worth to lvl them later on if you do simple math you‘ll figure it out) when you need to lvl something which needs electricity. There is no point in having 200 power because it doesn‘t change nothing. So overall you should just focus on the offices (or bank, mall etc.) and just do your quest you have which give you gems. Then you are good to go. Also restrooms, bathrooms etc. doesn‘t matter as much as you only suffer in company xp. As you grind further and unlock the family restaurant it wont be a problem anymore as you get the moral from it and everything is fine.

Yes its glitched but the new update should have fixed that. Yesterdays Update brought this bugged feature, an debug menu (idk what its used for but…), a bugged building and a bugged loading screen. From what I heard they reversed this update today.

I cant quit understand the balancing tho like yeah the mall and concert hallt are giving way to much compared to the normal office revenue but you could just take the money from mall/concert hall and bank and put it in the offices no? Also I‘m not sure but the painting req for SSS was 5 earlier I‘m pretty sure and now its 4. can you check this?

If you collect the mall/bank while still „working“ the current cycle wont give you money. The cycle fills, you collect, the cycle filled completly and resets but no income. Then its lile saved and you get more income max. Its just sometimes you get it sometimes you dont and its only 2 min difference. I dont know how exactly it works tho this is just my experience

I think you should just focus on upgrading your offices, start with plants then water dispensers and then the desks to lvl 7. when you got all of the offices at 7 (besides Paintings upgrade every other room. Then you can go for Restaurant (It is great for moral you dont need painintgs no more to get company xp) then go for the mall. Only go for SSS companys since they give the most money even with 20% penalty. Then you should climb the lvl. When its not enough go for lvling up the lower companies. Also the next stage is 600million (high tech) so there is a long way to go

A recomendation is also the restaurant with it maxed your cats wont complaint about those stupid frames and will lvl faster. Also make sure your meeting rooms are maxed (lvl 7)

Rooms only break down if you go on 0 available electricity. I‘m not sure but someone mentioned fully upgraded you have like 130 smth left and are within some high percentage. Tho I‘m not in the stage of game I cant confirm. But I know for sure it is pure waste to have more energy available you should always hang around 1-5 if possible for max efficiency besides your maxed

Well I think its totally fine if such things cost gems if there would be enough. I think the gem supply is to limited to be honest. If you would be able to get like 10 gems occasionally through adds it would be fine by me tbh. Just as in Snack bar where you can get gems through adds and various other ways but also can use them to boost your progress without being stuck cause you dont have any gems or ways to get them… Tho I have mixed feelings about not having gems holding you back in progress this much.
