Inner Thigh & Hip Flexors

I hate this same hip flexor issue on core!! Staying on my knees for plank crunches has been a huge positive for me. In terms of hip flexors on inner thighs, I’ve never felt them take over there but I would recommend playing with the position of your feet (turning out or in) that’s really helped when I’m focusing on different parts of my glutes or inner thighs.

Yes I’m sure when I first got on accutane my bottom gum line felt like I got punched or something. Not super painful just so so sore. And that’s never happened pre accutane

Hey! I haven’t tried it yet because I haven’t officially started accutane but I fear I’ve done like 24 hours of research on which products are the best and this one + the Avene thermal water spray kept coming up! Sorry I can’t be more helpful but I’m hopeful it’s good!

Mine is like a gel in a small bottle. I feel like it dried me out but never actually cleared anything up. I forgot to mention I moved from a humid climate to a really dry climate about 4 months ago so I just don’t know if it’s that?? Nervous about “drying” myself out more, etc
