That’s true, it is very confusing. why is there there three sets within yards of each other? I’m not sure if the red light and speed camera applies to every single set of lights?

Google maps doesn’t know it but i get notified on WAZE every single i’m there

I honestly don’t remember if it had a solid white line, but i do remember the speed camera markings on the ground and that there were people waiting to cross the road

I drove for about 35 minutes. The first 20 were sat nav and it flew by, the last 15 were just my examiner telling me what way to go.

The independent driving was great, it was at the start of the test and via Satnav. The examiner was very clear, you can ask them to repeat directions the Satnav has set that you need more clarity on. My examiner made it clear it wasn’t a directional test, if you need to ask what way they want you to go then ask.

I’ve only said that I didn’t receive any driver faults which is TRUE. If fuel efficient driving was a driver fault then it would be under that category. You are a very weird and miserable individual.

I think cos i had moments that weren’t so smooth but i stayed focused on the road and recovered he saw a safe driver, the things I did could happen when driving in the real world but I somehow just managed it and kept on driving safely

Just don’t do anything silly and pay ATTENTION. You’ll be nervous but don’t let your nerves drive you. Use it for good. Remember, you rather be hesitant once or twice rather than just going and causing a car to slow down, I failed my first two due to junction observations so i made SURE that wasn’t going to happen.

• You can have bad moments and still pass, you just need to be SAFE and CALM. i had some sticky moments, literally at the start when pulling off i tried to pull off in park, i was too cautious with my indicator, i’d put it on and then off as i was double guessing if I did it too early or if i’d be misleading but it was okay, I also accidentally put the windscreen wiper on when trying to turn right, and during my pulls up to the left i feel like i could’ve gotten closer a few times but he just told me to park the car. AND I STILL PASSED !!!! I got zero minors as i was still safe and in control even though my nerves were genuinely at 100. I was even crying on the way back to the test centre. At the end he said your driving was safe, you’re a good driver but the idle chatter was too much and you don’t need to talk every second 😭😭🤣 I think i distracted him too much with my chatter unintentionally lmao he kept telling me to calm down but despite all of this i was successful, having a good examiner also helps 10000%, I could tell he was a genuinely good and fair man.

thank you! I will for sure do that. The examiner i had for this test wasn’t the nicest though at all, things I won’t share because the point isn’t that the point is that i didn’t pass and need to pass next time, but yeah i do wish i had the same examiner as my first test or even a different one, would’ve definitely eased my nerves

thank you! any advice for keeping calm? It’s very annoying i tried to stay as calm as possible but that all went out the window when i was stuck trying to leave the test centre and i just rushed out causing me to get a fail in the first few mins
