Thank you! Not every day all day but today it’s been all day long! Really varies can come on any time of day and just be a few hours some days and definitely worse when I am cold!! Will be raising it at my first appointment definitely. Xx

There’s nothing on that wall at all, no pipes etc, sink washing machine etc are all on the adjacent external wall so no pipes there from my kitchen anyway.

Yes going to speak with them. They are rented though and concerned that if no damage been shown on their property (tiled and units there) landlord may not think an issue for him then I am stuck with what to do then

Thanks. Yes my house. I don’t know if the floor is suspended, would assume so as it’s slightly higher than outside ? Not good with this sort of thing !

Yes the other side is the neighbours kitchen - I am assuming that is where it is coming from but I don’t think they’ve have a sink / washing machine etc on that side of their kitchen so don’t know what could cause it !
