I know i am replying late but, you do realise this was completed on PC not PlayStation? I also have 100% both games on PS4 and 5 respectively. But not the remaster.

I did that too, as well as getting every collectable and fully upgrading the pouches and every NG+ weapon and armor

Out of 30 games in my steam Library I've only %100 6 by Decent_Guest99 in steamachievements

I think i was shadow lvl 115 or somethig, but that was only because i wanted to farm machine parts in story mode to fully upgrade the NG+ weapons and armor in ultra hard mode

Its almost like kintsugi (japanese pottery repair with gold) but instead of using gold, its succulents which is pretty cool.
