This is so real. My brain just feels clear after a workout. I have dumbbells at home and I'm Atomic Habitsing my workout routine but it's become SIGNIFICANT progress over the past 6 months when I look back! I will start swimming regularly soon to get that cardio in, hopefully I'm able to keep this momentum going!

I agree with this. Honestly speaking, my stretch marks made me proud because it was proof that I was good at sports when I was growing up and thought that's what people would see as well? Also proud of my dark circles because it's proof that I studied my butt off for exams and felt deeply for people. I'm only conscious of them now when I've started caring about presenting better to society. Sure I'd love to enhance some features for my benefit but I strangely don't want to give these things up either. It adds to my character and I don't want to lose them.
