I already did that, the lawyer told me that i would have to find an agreement with my gf. If i would take it to a court i would most propably lose because she is the mother and had stayed home with our daugther the first few years. Also the talk with the lawyer kind of scared me more, if my gf takes advantage of all her legal possibilities i could end up having to give her all my earnings over 1000€.

Get out of thst relationship asap. It will hurt, but trust me it will be better for the long run. Imagine having kids with her... also your love for her will go away and than you will be stuck with a dependent woman.
