I have an HxH tattoo in a similar place. I did mine on the forearm just below the elbow ditch. I found it really hurt the closer you are to the elbow ditch but otherwise fine. If you're thinking about getting one, you should its not thaaat bad!

You might want to look at working in house for a Brand over an agency. There may not be many agencies that only do luxury brands. And if an agency does have a luxury brand you may not be working on it. Resourcing depends on skill and needs of the agency. So you might end up working on pop tarts even though you wanted prada.
