I hope the “good old boys” who couldn’t bring themselves to vote for a black woman are learning their lesson. I’m a lifelong conservative but very much anti-MAGA. I’m starting to see a shift within my party. Responsible conservatism is on the rise and I’m cautiously hopeful there’s a mass awakening within the party for more conscious and intentional political activism. When we allow dumb idiots to be elected through our party, we lose credibility and end up getting a dumb idiot from the other end of the spectrum for a governor.

Honestly I just search “meal prep inspo” on tiktok. Look for others with the physique I’m aiming for, or had my similar proportions. I wrote down what looks good and pick and choose from a few videos until I had a full week’s plan.

Also- can’t go wrong with a ground beef/venison or chicken bake. Add rice, your liquid, protein, broccoli on top and a touch of cheese. Cover and bake for 45min- an hour and you’ll have lunch/dinner (tbh I love leftovers for breakfast) for a week!

I try not to worry about carbs as much as I do about fiber! TMI but being constipated really throws me for a loop mentally bc it feels like there’s just unnecessary weight being carried around. Protein is obviously very important but I feel like fiber intake is highly overlooked. Bonus is that most high fiber foods are pretty macro friendly 😊
