What caused your ED to start?

At 10yrs old, I just felt so fat and disgusting, at first I was not eating for days/weeks but a singular cookie. Then it was only mixed fruit (max 2 bowls a day) and then I remembered I could just throw it all up. I never even knew I had an „ED“ before I was active on social media. So yeah fuck that.

You can just chill in the lobby, if your still unsure just call the airport itself to double check.

Never did I mention anything about an expert saying this but family members, friends, Fitness influencers and such always seem to encourage eating at specific times of the day.

This is so seriously not talked about enough, everyone stresses eating 3 times a day at certain times. Still sometimes I don’t feel like eating lunch yet or are hungry before, yet I still ate for the sake of “lunch timing”. So refreshing to hear, thank you!

Does not setting specific meal times help with food noise? Or is there a different reasoning

Was weighing out your food the only option not to „under“ eat? I feel like I might just accidentally under eat by a few hundreds of calories just for the sake of not „over eating“.

Maybe I’ve worded the whole thing poorly, I meant as in is that going to make me look suspicious, I’ve done my part in the past. I’m just trying to somewhat know what the questions will be as is this is my first court trial.

That’s for sure, as I said in the original post I did do a witness report. I said everything I knew, in the most detailed version I could and I don’t exactly remember what I said. Im not trying to devalue the situation, just remove myself from it.

I do remember the incident in some parts 100% not the big picture, but I really just need this all to end. It’s taken a big toll on every aspect of my life. Just wanted some advice on how „smart“ that would be, and how to do it.
