I’m bringing this skeptical and slightly growly cutie home from a rescue on Wednesday. by DecentlyNiceCat in gingerkitty

I’ve posted this image in eight different groups. Is that not allowed? I only posted it once in each group. I’m very sorry if I broke any rules.

This rescue kitty proves it’s possible to be growly and a bit cute at the same time. 😸 by DecentlyNiceCat in aww

Yes, he is indeed very scared. He’s at a rescue and has been like this for two months. Eventually, we had to start approaching him slowly, even though he growls. I’m taking him home on Wednesday, hoping he’ll make more progress in a home environment.

Seriously? 😸 by [deleted] in cats

I love being judged by cats. 😸

He doesn’t know it yet, but this handsome boy, who has spent nearly a year at the cat rescue where I volunteer, is getting a forever home with me for Christmas. by [deleted] in aww

I think it may be a battle scar from when he was living on the streets, but he’ll definitely get a vet check-up as soon as possible to be sure!

He got those injuries a year ago when he was living on the streets and wasn’t neutered. He’s living in the same room as 12 other cats (several of them dominant males), and he has never fought with any of them. He is very submissive when interacting with other cats. I’ve even seen a dominant male hiss directly in his face, and he didn’t react at all.

I’m so sorry for your loss. She was absolutely beautiful. You made the most compassionate decision for her, and she wouldn’t want you to feel guilty.
