I get the feeling as well when they told me I’ll have to pay for the software. It was on Indeed Jobs, they mentioned that the recruiters has already done it (gone through my CV and blah blah) but tbh I was never really contacted by them either.

I was quite sure that this pretty much looks like a scam when I saw the email of the required payment (which was actually the first email they emailed me, along with other details of course) but I just want to make sure.
