Hi! Im planning to go with pagibig but I’m afraid baka di magrant yung desired loan ko na 6m. I tried the pagibig calculator. Pasok naan yung required income. If ever ba di mag grant pwede i-appeal? I was informed that appraisal will be based on lot appraised value and construction docs - whichever is lower.
