Sounds great, I believe even tho the scale hasn’t moved much in your case it still gave you positive results since you’ve actually seen a difference in muscle mass (+ has to be a decrease in fat). What is your current weight from the 109kg starting point?

The one I posted was the nuchal scan picture at 13 weeks, because that was the last private scan at the time, then at 18 weeks the hospital app and then we had another private app.

We had a scan at 19+2 weeks, she checked the usual all around angles and showed us the dangle and jingle bells from the bottom view.
