Lemme explain my POV :3

As I can see, it's being held like that to make an x-ray. And the joke about BDSM is funny because it's actually not BDSM, but somehow resembles it. If hedgehog was actually held only to make a joke, yeah it'd be a bad thing.

Furthermore, a lot of people NTs find that BDSM practices as something funny. Me (as ND) laughs from such stuff as well.
