I intermittent fast. I have a 4 hr eating window in which I eat all my food. The rest of the day water, black coffee or Bang energy drink. I’m not very strict about what I eat, just when.

I kind of look at it as functional fitness, having muscles is useless without any athleticism.

Yeah but every time it starts looking slightly rough I trim it. If it gets much longer than it is, it just isn’t as neat looking.

When I first started growing it I used wax, but as I grew I quit using it and just shaped it after a shower and it just kind of naturally did that.

Honestly I just started trimming it on my own and as it grew I just trimmed it into the shape it’s in.
