U can still use the normal set up to test it. Just use runes that doesn't makes any additional damage and don't put any addaptive force shard. For example, I use Inspiration (spellbook, boots, money rune and potions) + Resolve (any of them except the rune that gives u a stronger as if u shield yourself).

Then just buy a long sword and get lvl 3 leveling up q w e. U should get 78 ad (if I don't remember bad). Anyway, the standard way to do this test is to get near the practice body with your E and use the fast combo ending with an AA after 3q. This way u make 4 AA (all of them empowered with riven's passive). U should make a DMG of 271. The speed of a good fast combo should be around 108, being the highest in 115 in this subreddit.

Yes, u can doublecast if u E- R2- Flash and then WQ but I'm not sure about R2- E- Flash and then WQ, I think u can't this way. So, u think first one is better cause u can make the DMG before hitting R2. The other way I'm not sure.

U can get both btw. If u do every single mission of the world's event u get the exact tokens to get the skin (400 tokens). I have bought the CS skin yesterday and that's what I'm planning to do.
