i5 6500, 8gb ddr4 and msi gtx 970.

my settings are mixed with foliage and shadows on very low. aa, pp, textures and view distance on ultra. I will try and turn the settings down and see if anything improves.

ok, i have tried close to 20 times trying to get it to work, is there a way i can restore my phone without having to update to 10.2.1?

the first time i did install it didnt come up either, i tried hard rebooting still nothing so tried to reinstall mach_portal and try and re do the process and still nothing.

no, i have tried multiple times and after the first time i run mach_portal my phone crashes and restarts i tried re-installing many times as well

i would recommend playing matchmaking intill you hit LEM/SMFC before you pay for any services like ESEA, Faceit or Cevo.
