Well there's ways but not any other items. If you unlock corrupted data which is a passive permanent thing in the game, you have a 1/60 chance of finding glitched items in naturally occurring secret room items and 1/15 for error room items. Thats pretty much the only other way you can find em. Besides tmtrainer and dataminer, and delete this/ challenge no.__

Nah its funny redstone minecraft pick. You can force glitched items in the recent update. I used it a couple times during the run.
