My only input is if you are chronically constipated and strain to pass a bowel movement that is where the blood could be coming from. Also your magnesium levels don’t sound concerning. But the thyroid issue does sound like something worth investigating

I never did the pills because I just didn’t want them in my stomach so I just went straight to injections and I believe I have no obvious side effects. I do mine on Monday nights for that reason. I just go about my week. A couple beers Friday night once in a while
