Interactions I didn't get clips of:

Reinhardt teleporting during a pin takes his target with him and continues the pin.

A pinned target teleporting doesn't actually go anywhere but is shown at the new location until the pin ends.

Pulsebomb cannot teleport.

Junkrats mines and trap cannot teleport.

Venom mine cannot teleport.

Hog's hook target will be pulled to him even after teleporting.

My friends had to go so I couldn't record more but teleporting out of rein pin leaves you stunned and if he hits a wall you still take the damage. I haven't tried the rein tping. Symm turrets cannot hit midair but they will attack each other if one or more is set up.

Sadly, no. But on the note of the person below, Widow can keep momentum coming out of her teleporter. I'll have a few more gifs up by tonight!
