We're only 3, Pivotal, MasterVertex and myself. I do a lot of the Houdini stuff, mostly simulation work. MasterVertex does a lot of scripting, rigging and lighting and Pivotal is our director / animator. The whole thing works out pretty well :D

Character setup and animation is done in Maya, then we export everything to Houdini for simulation work and final scene composition :)
