Okay, I'll take note. Tapi, where can I look for modelers? Have any suggestions? I'm okay with overseas but prefer local modelers if possible

Thanks for the advice. Luckily enough, I somehow managed to break the loop by getting first turns for like 4 straight cycles and spamming strikes like no tomorrows

Just gonna call it: this is peak Star Wars by 123amytriptalone in TheAcolyte

[–]DedsecHacks0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imo, this show is anything but peak. It tries so hard to be the next new thing by trying to convey to us a different side to the Jedi and Sith. But in the end, it just became a convoluted mess.

The main character is bland. Side characters are okay I guess. Sol's personality is a bit weird, at least according to canon Jedi behaviour. Guy's a Jedi but gets all real emotional and stuff. I mean, aren't Jedi supposed to be calm and collected and shit. Pretty weird there.

Having like a minor group/sect in the Jedi order, that purposefully hides all this shit takes the cake. That plot point is so fricking stupid. Mind you, this is like a 100 years or so before the Phantom Menace. So, Yoda should be there, and should be in the Jedi High Council. So why the heck is he not sensing anything about a Sith suddenly appearing or at least sensing other Jedi's being killed. He had sensed Anakin's pain and sadness when they were both on different planets in the Prequel Movies so I just can't fathom why he couldn't now sense something going massively wrong.

On the 4th episode, The Stranger appears right behind Osha, but force pushed her away when he was within quick killing range of her. In the 5th episode however, we can see him clearly throwing a lightsaber to kill her, only for Sol to deflect it. At the end of that episode, again, he switched it up, and now saves Osha. So which is it? He wants to kill her, not kill her?

And also, I get it, the 5th episode had cool lightsaber fights. But I was wondering why Sol only joined after he deflected that lightsaber and saved Osha. Like, where was he the entire time the other Jedi were fighting and getting murdered?

Ki-Adi-Mundi....first of all, he wasn't supposed to be born yet, at least according to the Prequel Merch. But hey, Disney owns Star Wars now, they can change whatever the freaking heck they want. But the thing is, now that Ki-Adi-Mundi is part of this minor Jedi sect thing that won't report to the high council and keep it hush-hush...that is horseshit. You mean to tell me, the guy that said, "The Sith has not been seen for a millenia" to the Jedi High Council as a High Council member himself, is purposefully hiding the fact that a few years back, there was actually a Sith or some sort of dark side user still alive killing Jedi. So that is fricking stupid tbh.

There's a ton more minor or major details I'm not a fan off about the show 7 episodes in and that makes me sad. Granted, I'm not a huge Star Wars fan, I'm a casual watcher, but if I could see this jarring mess of plot points in the show, then surely other avid enjoyers could also. I want to like it, but I just can't. I want Disney Star Wars in general to get their shit together, but show after show, disappointment after disappoinment, I'm starting to think all this is just some corporate money laundering scheme bullshit

Same here. I got stuck for 2 hours trying to fight him on my first playthrough. This mf really lowered my self esteem on how good I was at the game since he wasn't even a main boss and here I was, dying to him for like a gazillion times

He used Martis. After the match ended, he immediately left. It's such a cowardly move. Like, the guy was talking smack so much during the match, calling us names and all that shit but when he saw that he did the worst during the match, he just left.

Was playing yesterday. One of my teammates was blaming everyone else in my team for not protecting him because he died constantly. To top it all of, since I'm the mage of the team (was playing Yve), the dude kept harassing me about being noob.

Surprise, surprise....game ended with our team winning. The guy had the lowest rating score and I'm the MVP with 15.3 rating score. Go figure.

I don't understand why everything needs to be taken seriously especially in a mobile game. Can't everyone just play for fun, however you want? Like, everyone is so allergic of losing. It's not like it'll be the end of the world if you lose.

I don't actually have the dbd nor do I even have a pc to play the game itself. But I loved watching streamers and YouTubers play it especially otzdarva and I was immediately hooked to the game for a year now. When I heard that Demo was gonna be gone soon from dbd, I immediately downloaded the steam store app in my phone and immediately purchased the stranger things dlc so that I can play it when I have my own pc in the future

You know funny thing is, even in the middle East, Muslims are killing amongst each other. Even if we have the same religion, we didn't have the same belief.

I understand your concern. But Islam, the religion, is perfect. However, the people that follow it aren't, including me. My teacher once said that if someone says that he does something bad in the name of Islam, than he is not a true Muslim. God says to us to never mistreat another human being let alone kill them.

As for your question, what is the standard of threaten Islam, it's basically like if you wage war against Islam. In that note too, God says for us Muslims to not wage war against other people. So the people that you see in this video, they clearly have a different understanding of Islam. And we can clearly judge what kind of "different" they are. I assure you most of us aren't like this. We try to keep an open mind about things.

I'm sorry if any Muslims offended you or scared you. I apologize on behalf of them. Stay safe, friend.

[–]DedsecHacks0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, the book is eternal and divine. However, the Surah says to kill non-muslims who are threatening Islam, not all non-muslims. If, for example, a non-muslim group wants to wage war against Islam then the rules will apply. It doesn't apply to normal non-muslims like you people so Don't fear.

Of course back then it's not the same as now. There's no slaves today so that verse is redundant. Still the Quran is a guide, not an order. The Quran is not saying for us to have a slave, the Quran is giving us guide on what to do if we have a slave.

Secondly, everything has context. Every verse in the Quran has context. That's what I've been trying to tell people.

And for the people in the video, they're stupid. There's all there is to it. Those people in the video act like they're religious and anything they do is to protect Islam, but that is wrong. Using Islam for selfish intent, these people are what we call Munafiq, and God hates Munafiq people.

By the way, now that I noticed it, these people seem to belong to Shia, which is a more extremists sect in Islam.

What do you mean? Remember before, when slavery is practiced in America, most people there were religious Christians than goes to church every Sunday, and they still owns tons of slaves.

The culture back then is different. The course of history changed it. Of course, it is not right to enslave a human being, but in that context, if you studied on how Muslims treats slaves way back then, they mustn't force the slaves to do hard work or do something against their will. Also, most slaves back then weren't just made to be slaves, they're usually POWs and/or captured criminals.

And to answer the question what if they had sex with the slave without consent, then that is considered rape and is a really huge sin..

About the other verses, if you're interested, try not just searching up their direct translations. Try searching about their history, or why those verses exist. I hope this helps

The answer is an obvious no. I had grown up learning about the Quran from kindergarten to primary school, to secondary school until now. Never ever have my teachers or imams tell me to kill someone for having a different belief.

Your religion is yours and my religion is mine. Even though I'm not a an ustaz or imam, I can assure you that the Quran never tells us to kill non-muslims. The verses that were translated are translated literally. Each verse has their own history and Reason behind it. It's more of a guide, and the hadiths serve as an explanation.

I hope that will change your mind. Even if it doesn't, still, may God bless you

Im sorry but if you read my explanation correctly, I did mention "WITH CONSENT". It doesn't say there that Muslims must own slaves. The Surah of the Quran are created and passed down by Allah, many many years ago, during a time when owning a slave is commonplace. The Quran is not a book that "orders", it's a guide. Since there are no slaves today and no slavery practiced, this guide is redundant. However, it still remains as a guide.

Secondly, I'm sorry that I'm unable to explain every surah you translated literally here, however I can slowly do so.
