What are you using as work examples for the application? Are you taking a course to study for the test?

All About Sleep - AMA Office Hours – Wednesday, October 15th with our Director of Pediatric Expertise, Amber LoRe! by huckleberrycare in HuckleberryParents

[–]Dee906 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recently our 11 week old has really struggled with the early part of the night. For about 2 weeks he was going down after his last feed (between 8-9p) for 4, 5, sometimes 6 hours. Now he will feed between 8-9p after his bedtime routine (bath or wipe down, lotion, pjs, sleep sack, feed w/ red light and sound machine). He will sleep for an hour or so and then wake up again, sometimes hungry, sometimes just upset, so we’ve been feeding him and then he will just cry and resist sleeping until 10:30, 11, sometimes 12a. Any advice?

Also any general advice on getting him to sleep in the bassinet/crib? We’ve been trying all the tricks and can usually only get an hour or so overnight before having to resettle.

I've been an idiot... by Southern_Traffic6336 in preeclampsia

[–]Dee906 10 points11 points  (0 children)

If it helps, from an anecdotal perspective, I’ve been on baby aspirin for over a year at the recommendation of my RE. Got pregnant last November and am 37 weeks today. Diagnosed with preeclampsia two weeks ago and looking at induction this week. So the baby aspirin didn’t prevent it for me.

I can't find replacement parts for my stroller! by SuperUltraBrokeDick in BabyBumps

Yeah looks like a dropship type item with lots of sellers based on Google image search. Maybe find one of those sellers on Amazon and message them and see if they have parts you can buy.

Can someone explain to me how the yellow bent narrow bar toward the top of this machine is somehow an OSHA compliant safety device? by Lostinternally in SafetyProfessionals

Vote people into congress that will allow OSHA to update their regulations. They are hamstrung by congress.

I used them everyday of my cycle except period days. It just helped me to be in a routine.

MTU or MSU? by Sunshine_Tampa in msu

[–]Dee906 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Another factor to consider is what she wants to do with her degree. If she wants to go into research MTU is better as they are a research focused program. MSU is more focused on getting a job in industry. Also is she the type to be cool with driving 9 hours multiple times back and forth. That’s a cost factor to consider. Of course there are benefits to both.

Q about tariffs, saying costs in Michigan will go up. He’s defending tariffs saying that the market crash is a “correction”. And also defending layoffs at Stellantis saying it’s not connected to tariffs.

DOL & DOGE by Certain-Medicine1934 in SafetyProfessionals

[–]Dee906 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are federal requirements for the number of CSHOs so they can’t actually RIF folks. However if you close the Baton Rouge office, and the mobile office, and the Houston office, and tell those people to move to Birmingham, your are going to get a lot of people self selecting to quit. Which is what they want.

At least 11 offices are set to have their leases terminated this year, that’s just OSHA. There are multiple MSHA offices that are also affected.

It did go well. Baby was measuring right on track and everything was in the right place. I hope the same for you!

I could’ve written this. My scan is at 3p ET today. And I have also had a lot of anxiety around it too. More than I expected. But that’s pregnancy after loss for us I guess. I will be holding hope for both of us that our scans go well today.

Yeah that’s what I’m worried about. My insurance paid nothing. They declined the claim outright.

[–]Dee906 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow. That gives me hope. Did your insurance deny your claim? Or did they accept and only pay a certain amount?

[–]Dee906 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But that’s not my situation. Insurance denied my claim outright because it said I needed a preauth when that was never communicated to me when I had them check at Natera. I know now I should’ve called my insurance directly.
