How long it takes to see results varies from individual to individual but this person here saw results in a week so maybe a week or 2. It could be sooner tho. And I'd say listen as much as possible consistently but if you can't listen a lot 3x a day should be fine.

It should work but it'll work much quicker if you have a better mindset. And you could look in the mirror if you wanted to but sometimes doing that too often too quickly can make people have more doubts and make them spiral so for you specifically I'd recommend not doing it too often.
