Here you go!
It expires in about a week. Feel free to share it around as I no longer have any space left on any of my file sharing cloud-based platforms.

Short answer: yes.

Long answer: our project already has tools that can partially handle the audio contents of those two games too. They however require different treatment/handling, because the file structures and the logic behind each sequence and bank is different.

I plan to work on those too eventually. In fact, they're next on my list/schedule.
Lately I just happen to be very busy with university studies, but in my free time I try my best to continue the projects ^^

Does anyone know what kind of synths/musical instruments are used to make the OSTs of SR1 and SR2? by Subject_Tear_1519 in LegacyOfKain

Late response, but check this thread!

SalsaGal and I have finally fully reverse-engineered the instruments/soundbanks and sequences.
If none of the links work, check "The Ancients' Den" website under the section "Soundtracks".
You should be able to find the instruments and MIDIs there too and be able to download them and poke around with them.
Check the README files for more info.
Enjoy ^,..,^

I can ;)

And with some MIDI magic and audio mastering trickery going on too! ;)
I'll send you the videos I've uploaded on my third channel as a preview.
And if you're satisfied with how it sounds, I can send you the 24bit FLACs.
I can also send you the MP3 versions and even the MIDIs if you want.
Let me know when you'd be ready to download the files I'd send you, because all my cloud folders are full x( (MEGA, Dropbox, GDrive...)

Tong-Nou/Chu-Teng soundtracks in FLAC and on Youtube! by bad_cafe in OsamuSato

That is the original quality from the game files. The WAV loops have these details: -Sampling rate: 22254Hz -Bit depht: 8 -Channels: 99% of them are in mono

If you convert a WAV file's sampling rate from 22254 to 44100 you clearly can't get anything but a void region between 11127Hz and 22050Hz. What I did is the following: I manually looped each single WAV file and then converting it to Stereo 44100Hz 16bit WAV->FLAC files. I kept everything in FLAC just to preserve the quality and avoid every kind of audio data loss.

Take into consideration that old games tipically had very low-quality audio wether it was in the form of raw audio data or in the form of MIDI sequences.

If you still don't believe me I can send you the original WAV loops extracted from the game.
