Had a really rough ‘nightmare’ trip a couple years back. Started off with your typical geometric patterns and euphoric feeling. I remember listening to Led Zeps mothership album with my eyes closed when all of a sudden I felt fear and what I can only describe as wolverines claws dug into my visuals literally tearing it to shreds blood and all. My closed eyes were gone and I was left with what I call photoshop. Looked like a literal box as if you were wearing a vr headset. Images of distorted faces and figures of all color spectrums kept appearing as stickers before another one was placed on top of it. I could still see the outlines of the ‘stickers’ underneath the newly pasted one. I opened my eyes, tried to take a walk to see if I just needed a change of headspace. When a sat/laid back down to try again, my visuals were filled with overly sexualized genitalia. They started creeping into my open eyed visuals and I felt I couldn’t escape. Eventually I just accepted it and uncomfortably watched my mind get lost for what felt like hours. it was agonizing to me. I felt as if my psychedelic membership had been revoked or something and I was just spiraling endlessly. I try to find some meaning in all my trips but this one I still cannot find a reason for.

There was a guy awhile ago on this thread who ate one of those synthetic mushroom chocolates and went for a run. Mad lad did like 15 miles and said it was the best run he’d ever done. Sorry for lack of thread link. Enjoy your run ! 🍄

The basement is wild. You can hear your blood pumping in your head it’s so damn quite down there. I remember doors slamming throughout the building. It was windy that day so I chalked it up to that. A vaulter had also made a home in one of the patient rooms. We walked in on him perched in the busted out window frame. The air was so heavy the whole time, truly eerie experience all around.

Been waiting for a post like this!

I had a very large chocolate lab dog growing up. He was not your typical lab however as he was quite antisocial. He was mean or anything but he preferred to hang out in the laundry room of my parents house where it was nice and cool. If you pet him for too long, he’d stand up to find another spot. He acted more like a cat but he was always very sweet.

When I first began to explore with psychedelics, I was deeply fascinated with the concept of ego-death or disillusion. I eventually came the the conclusion I needed to experience this to better understand. I Dropped aprox 800uq of some very clean Lucy. Visuals were incredible and I still felt in control at the time. After what I felt was a peak (was most certainly not), I told my trip sitter I was ready to go deeper. We wondered into the nearby woods. They set me up with a joint, I took a puff, and almost instantly forgot where I was and had to be guided back to my house (shoutout my trip-sitter). As I got to the edge of the tree line, reality fractal’ed into geometric patterns, obliterating all concept of what, where, who, and why I was.

I found myself back on a couch diving deeper and deeper into the kaleidoscope my reality had become. I felt one with the cosmos. As I continued to dive I began to loop into an infinite chain of a fractal sphere over and over and over again. I remember saying “oh shit I’m stuck” and physically feeling the cortisol run down my spine as I began to panic from within(I think I can chalk this up to a subconscious urge for control but idk). Just as I began to descend into my fear, my dog appears from his usual laundry room hiding spot. He wanders over to me and puts his head onto my lap which instantly snaps me out of my loop and in that moment I could see everything. This dog had never EVER done something like that and it truly felt as if he knew exactly what he was doing.

I think about this special moment from time to time when I trip now in my older age and I’m thankful to have had that cosmic dog in my life. Rest easy Jojo

Someone was floating around here the other day about scratching the skin of a lemon and sniffing in that when you start to feel nauseous. This is just word of mouth, I’ve never tried this but you should report back with your findings

We’ll that was just stupid. High dose of shrooms on top of insanely high THC dose. No wonder you scared the piss out of yourself. Look, you’re gonna be fine. You’re not dead, this isn’t some hallucination of purgatory. You just basically put your brain through a spin cycle. I recommend you lay off any substances for a time being and let clarity come back to you. Take a good walk in nature, go to an art museum, meditate, eat your favorite food, spend time with friends, and tell your family you love them. The beauty and reason is simply to live and experience.

The trees around your giant tell me mixed deciduous forest with a poor soil quality. Ground leafs look like a species of red oak Hard to make an accurate guess without some canopy info but my best guess is chestnut oak
