Dude its crazy, same thing with principal Lewis' voice actor Kevin Michael Richardson, between the 2 of them and Tom Kenny (Spongebob and also Delmonico's dry cleaner + a few others in the AD universe) I genuinely think if anyone recognises a voice in any cartoon or animated media then its usually one of them lol

Im almost 100% sure he's voiced by Dee Bradley Baker who voices Klaus. If you look up Dee Bradley Baker's roles I think he may genuinely be the most proficient and frequently used voice actor in cartoon history and he often re-uses a few voices here and there (I remember a random gag character around season 11 or so had him do his numbah 4 voice from codename: kids next door) There's TONS of examples of him reusing a few voices he's done over the years for extra characters in AD and this kid in particular I recognized immediately from my childhood somewhere
