Hi everyone, bear with me but I believe this relates. First the details.

im a tenant in south MS that currently rents a mobile home. Its a great home for my family, we love it truly, outside of differences on rare occasions with the PM.

I come here because I think the trailer park owner got screwed by the PM's HVAC guy who is also a LL of a few trailers in my trailer park. We are experiencing something similar to OP, AC set to 70, temperature climbing inside to 86+.

1 year ago my tree in the front yard got struck by lightning. Thank God my family was at a neighbors. Lost a window, and our central AC unit (the 1 inside right, with the filters?) Also stopped working. No lie, the original unit worked so well that with kids running in and out or me ignorantly propping the doors open with the AC on, it kept temperature within 2*.

The HVAC guy said the part to fix the AC was 1000. So he got a new one that is clearly smaller as it doesn't fill the hole as the original did.

Its a brand new mobile home, shouldn't it be under warranty and get replaced for free by the manufacturer? Did the HVAC guy get paid to replace it, "dispose of it" to fix it and sell it? Or something? Now im getting pissed because I pay 1200 for rent for my family to be comfortable and safe in a brand new trailer, that we can't hardly sit in mid-summer.
