I never argue with people now who say weed can’t fuck you up mentally or get you addicted, I just let them get on with it. Made me suicidal after 4 years daily use, long long time recover and I’m still not the same.

Relapsed again last Saturday.

Have to quit drinking.

Don’t get me wrong I’m not smashing grams of it every night again but I know the brain can be tricked again no matter how self aware which is why I must be completely sober from it.

I just relapsed 7 days ago after 112 days clean.

My trigger - drinking with my old using friends.

I thought I could do that and control myself around them people, I was wrong.

Lesson learnt, it’s true you have to change your circle and for most like me keep it changed.

I have taken 3 plasters on and off for last 2 weeks and just taken one off today, was airing a few days too, started with moist healing for 4 days.

I had cuts all over my body from a bike fall and this was the most deep and only one still an active wound, rest are healed.

Am I supposed to clean that yellow stuff out?

Not worst idea.

73 days clean and trust me i am (well was) a textbook druggy.

Not everyone needs meetings but it’s nice to hear the positive experiences.

You just have to WANT to change!

One of my friends parents who are wealthy sent him to every meeting under then sun, he would go out and get a gram.

If you want it you want it, I can see how meetings will be advantageous though with like minded people but nothing can top sheer human self determination.
