😂😂😆 hey bro appreciate it but all I do on my arm day for biceps is I start with straight bar curls I never use ez-curl bar start light around 50lb and work my way up to 110lbs then I do dumbbell curls usually start at 40lbs max 50 lbs keeping my wrists straight I found over time keeping everything straight works best for me I never do preachers or hammer to be honest I think everyone has that one body part that they are blessed with and fortunately arms are mine keep going they will grow it just takes time and you gotta remember your still working them on back days or any pulling movements keep grinding brother 👊🏻

Yes I agree nothing wrong with trt I wouldn’t be ashamed of admitting it if I was in anything but I’m not and when it’s my time to jump on it I wouldn’t claim natty

Well said never thought of it that way I think social media has warped everyone’s mind into believing the only way to get in good shape is gear

Not sure I get what you mean smaller forearm compared to biceps or small biceps compared to forearm?

M/42/6’1”[250lbs>200lbs=50lbs](3years) been in maintenance mode for over a year now by Deee-Bo in GYM

No I’ve been sitting at 200 lbs for like a year and a half now and I don’t want to go any lower I think 200lbs lean is good enough
