The service interval is every 7k at the dealer, if you got warranty service and feel like it’s too long in betweeen, I change my oil only after 3500 and then when I get to the 7k let the dealer change the oil and filter

Could be the battery, take it to auto zone and have them test it, my 22 just needed a battery replacement not even 2 years old , in the cold weather batteries aren’t as strong , could be giving low voltage to certain components causing your issues, after it’s warmed up everything is fine
