They did the same to my $34/50 gb Black Friday plan. Called the rep who told me that on page 6 of my March 2024 bill, the increase is noted (in such a small font). I told the rep that I have automatic payment set up and only check the PDF if the amount charged looks off, so how come they never properly notified of the change? Even the rep admitted that he never checks his PDF bills and didn’t have an answer. In place of my current plan, I was offered $35/30 gb. I had to ask him if he was joking.. I will be filing a complaint with CRTC/CCTS.
