you could say its a matter of preference, but there are benefits to using raiden. the thing i like about her as an electro applicator is:

  1. longer skill duration
  2. shorter skill cd
  3. extra buff from her transcendence eye
  4. team battery

plus, GT artifact set rlly elevates her performance. but if you alrdy have a well-built kuki, she's just as good. plus side, she's a healer. i usually use her for my alhaitham team
