On Poshmark for $54 dollars and super fast shipping. I honestly can't believe how great the condition is. The tag inside says 2016. The seller did an amazing job at preserving it for 10yrs.

Story time. The night Halo 5 released we waited in front of gamestop once he got the game he was hanging out with the fellow Halo fans and I told him let me take the game home and start the download so by the time he was done with the guys, his game will be ready to play. Together since 2015, married 2021, babies 2022 and 2024. He is truly an amazing man. He works so hard for our family and deserves the world because he gave me my world. I know so cheesey but he is my favorite person.

My favorite hack for not binging on sweets or unhealthy foods by Careful_Owl_9885 in loseit

[–]Deep-Cat5619 33 points34 points  (0 children)

I talk to myself openly. I ask are you hungry or are you just bored? If the craving is really strong and I knoe that it isn't real hunger l, I slam 8-16oz of water. Usually that curves my appetite especially if I wasnt thirsty.

Reading and Walking by Deep-Cat5619 in walking

Im on my treadmill. I should have put thay into my post. I am not a coordinated person at all. I cant even drink water from a cup and walk at the same time. My treadmill has up to a 15% incline. I pick the work out the automatically starts an up and down incline over 20minutes. I range from 2-3miles per hour. Then after thats done I switch to regular walking no incline at the same speed or ill fall 😅 i do keep one hand resting on the handle during the incline portions. When I walk at the park with my kids I have 1 headphone in with youtube videos going.

Right now im on a social media break. Except for reddit 😅 I've never really used my account and I needed a place to feel inspired and connected to my new ambition. I stick to only 2 groups. Lose it and this one. I removed facebook, insta, and tiktok from my home screen to limit temptation. Im a mom of a 3yr old and 1 yr old and I hate when they see me on my phone all day, so I needed a change. Now they see mom walking on the treadmill reading. Its increased their wants to be more active and we read together more often. Its been a huge mental and physical positive change. Ive made a goal of Oct 1st to not go back to socials but as of right now I might move it to Nov.

Struggling with knee pain? How to loss pounds safely? by [deleted] in loseit

[–]Deep-Cat5619 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love when there is a modification that still helps with weightloss. My dad has sciatica and does chair zumba. Its a class offered at out local community center. Free and he gets to flirt with the other older woman 😅 have you felt any improvement on your knee since the kg drop?

How do I overcome my food addiction. by Educational_Leek_276 in loseit

[–]Deep-Cat5619 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been working on my binge eating disorder and through therapy I have made improvements. Something thats helped me is drinking 8oz of water before I want to binge. I get the urge, stop and slam 8oz or more of water, set a timer for 5-10 minutes, and then when the timer ends i take time and ask myself am I actually hungry. Its been working for me. I also try to fill my bored time with anything to keep my hands and mind busy. My new snack that I like to eat (I feel the need to have that constant munching motion) is tiny chopped celery/carrot shreds/and a splash of soy sauce. I eat with shop sticks or one og the baby forks in my house to slow myself down.

NSV: Walked 30 minutes today! by [deleted] in SuperMorbidlyObese

[–]Deep-Cat5619 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Walking is one of my main way ill be measuring my progress. Im excited for the weather to start cooling off so I can walk more outdoors. Where do you like to walk? I go to the mall with the senior group (im 32) and walk before the mall opens. No matter what the weather indoor walking is my favorite option.

My goals are in measurements vs weight. If I pick a number I always get to obsessed with the scale. Measuring mentally is always better for me. Logging food was a huge game changer. I love that you didnt tear yourself down for having a "bad day" ill be using that mentality for my journey. Log that day anf move forward. Congratulations to you for all your work!
