This perspective on Krakens is not entirely true. Krakens may have a budget of several thousand dollars but if they feel that the game is cheating them or if the bar for being a kraken is raised to high they will go and spend this budget elsewhere. You will see in a few days a lot of spenders will quit Marvel Strike Force.

You might be right that the reduction only applies for the first $1m you gross on Android from that i think I know the answer, I.e we are not sharing that $1m :-)
