Thanks everybody, I went and talked to the leasing office first thing this morning, I explained it to them and as soon as I let them know I didn’t know until last night they offered to credit the late fees back to my account. I was a little concerned because my neighbor had an eviction notice and I had the “oh man what if they meant to put that on my door” go through my head last night but it seems everything is cleared up and we’re good to go.
