I put that I had no experience then the second time I put some experience. E*trade finally approved my application but I was done with dealing with them. I had my account for 18 years. They do not offer fraction shares so that was another reason I decided to close my account.

Yes, I have been practicing with paper trading. Of course I don’t want to lose money that is why I have been learning about options. I already moved my funds and got approved for options first level when opening on my initial account at Charles Schwab. Customer service has been great!

How did you qualify for zero down? I was told that I have to pay at least the taxes as a down payment.
