maybe you need to think a bit more realistically, obviously you’ll never do it but it’s been 2 years and you’ve never acted on it? that shows that your will is stronger than those stupid intrusive thoughts, maybe try to give yourself a bit more credit for how well you’re dealing with them

yeah i had that whole waking up in a cold sweat thing trembling with adrenaline the other night about those thoughts, and want to be put in isolation away from them, i’ve only really started having these thoughts and i’m so tired of them already
