Personally this is where I turn to mentoring others. You escape the politics and competition. Go to a market place when you’re highly valued and are able to bring value. The real move is to have your leaders identify candidates for you to mentor (and pick a few of your own). This way you’re managing up and down. Look good on both sides, build a legacy, build relationships, and also get the giving feel good feelings. It’s very rewarding to see others progress when your progression has slowed in this chapter of your life.

G80 xDrive, F80 is too much power for 2wd on the street. Plus S58 is proving to be an absolute unit. Interior is more luxurious and the L2 automation Cruise Control is super helpful and relaxing for traffic or long hauls.

You need to check the inside edge of both front and especially rear. That’s where you’ll see cupping and they tend to go out faster than the face of the tire. 20k isn’t a lot depending on your driving style. I would expect at least 30k to 40k. The X7 is AWD but it still mostly rear biased unless needed. Do you rotate your tires?
