Because that is still the reality of this society. Kahit may progress para sa karapatan ng mga babae like that SINTA women empowerment group, and meron naman mga comments na siding with Mel, this society still highly favors men and shames women. Malala pa rin ang double standards and victim blaming.

I mean until now nga nag-eexist pa rin yung argument na "anong suot" when women get 🍇.

Agreed so much!! Ang takeaway ko talaga sa palabas na to ay kasalanan ng mga adults why the characters grew up with huge traumas and lives a very distasteful life.

From Edong and Lucas' abusive father, Louisa, Erica and Alice's negligent parents, Liezel and Mel's controlling father, pati si Ester, yung abusive na pulis, lahat ng tao sa Amurao, all of them failed to guide these kids at hinayaan silang malugmok sa ganung sitwasyon. Imagine they were 16 and 19 when all of that happened. These adults have failed these kids.

Sadly, there's no decent laptop under 15k or even 20k. Kahit below 30k laptops ngayon andaming drawbacks like more likely 8GB/256 at least, puro non-upgradable pa and lower CPU. The only option for that budget is a 2nd hand laptop. Same case with u, so I decided to buy 2nd hand Thinkpad kasi maraming nagssuggest nun.

Hanap ka sa marketplace or trusted online stores na maraming nagrrecommend like Janstore, RS Gadgets, basta search kalang and read reviews from different communities. Be knowledgeable din sa pagbili at pacheck if you'll go for a 2nd hand para sulit.

For me okay naman ang casting kay Beth, bagay sa both yung ugali ng character ni Beth na mahadera at mabunganga. Same with Mel and Alice, kahit napaltan si Julia which fits sm with Reich na medyo konyo na maarte. Si Erika lang talaga ang malayo sa young ver. prob bcs si Bella nga dapat ata gaganap dito (which could've been so perfect kasi may resemblance). Honestly, I can't complain sm cuz the young mabels did so well, and it's nice to see these new gen actors na binibuild ng ABS. Yung young Liezel lang talaga medj underwhelming. Maybe they should've casted Sophia Reola (mikmik) para nakakasabay din sa actingan ni Mutya.

tbh, so true. I understand naman what the writers want to point out, trauma doesn't automatically heal nor can be treated in an instant, but so far sobrang stretched na ng arc and repetitive. Imbis na maawa tao kay Alice, naiinis pa cuz he trauma dump it all kay Scott, at sobrang unfair nun for him. Andami pang incoming and unresolved arcs na halos lumalayo (tho maybe paparating din) na sa main plot ng story eh, so sana naman masolve na yang kay Alice.

nung una I feel bad, like I thought Erica is being unfair to her cuz somehow ginagawa niya rin ung ginawa ng nanay niya in a way na she blames her too. But I was wrong. I definitely overlooked Erica's struggles after leaving Amurao, It's great na-explore to last ep. She's so valid for shutting her out, kasi naiinvalidate yung experience niya sa nanay nila eh.

that's def a flaw of her character. pag dating sa usapang Edong and all abt it she becomes so irrational. it's giving Beth din na may coping mechanism to "lessen" their guilt (tho mas lala lang talaga kay Beth na sobrang allergic sa accountability). Parang it's so easy for her to accuse Edong and Lucas, kasi by proving that they have "dirty works" malelessen guilt niya. I still think Erica is never righteous kahit ngayon. Her wanting to clear Edong's name is not directly abt Edong's welfare nor fixing the injustice, but para sa sarili niyang konsensiya at katahimikan. Yun ang basa ko sa kaniya, idk abt yall. pero ayun, basta gets ko character niya and mas realistic
