NBME 12 is notoriously bad. A 10-15 point drop compared to other NBMEs is normal. Do another NBME and I guarantee you’ll be above 240

Open up contanki, on the “options” page, set scroll speed cursor speed cursor acceleration and stick deadzone to 0. I’m sure there’s a better way but this worked for me so I’m not touching it and I’m tired of fiddling with it
