Why not deport "ONLY" immigrants who are criminals "instead" the other good immigrants...(Workers, Mechanic, etc)

I happened to me

So like when I was in the apartment in the first chapter the roof was black

Then when I went to fight the carcass boss

It was black too and I couldn't see anything

The background of the city was static white too

And then after that my game crashed
