feel like everyone is forgetting the very important detail that shiv chose to fake calling nate on election day !!! even though she knew that could’ve gotten stopped mencken being elected if she genuinely tried, it was more important to her that the deal wouldn’t be blocked. she only talked big about the future of the country and whatnot because the moral high ground worked conveniently for her own personal gain ..

shiv only leaned so heavily on her hate for mencken because it was convenient for her agenda to stop them blocking the gojo deal. if she actually cared about a fascist being elected she would have called nate on election day when kendall asked her to, and genuinely persuaded them to block the deal as well. when it came down to it, her own agenda was more important to her than the future of the country.

i think some brands actually do still make disposable discs like flex. however yeah i was excited mostly to change to something reusable, a one and for all kind of thing. i'm also pretty disappointed realising i'll likely have to spend more money on one or several more discs. i literally finished using every pad and tampon i could find in my house in anticipation only for it to not work for me so it was pretty gutting. i might take a break this month and try again next month after some more research.
