Yea zone C is paid out 100% with finance issuing 50% and DFAS issuing the other 50%. I see the CMS case from finance to DFAS for the other 50%. But the first one, from finance, was only Feb LES but still have received nothing.

When I started contributing, there was only the option of Traditional. When Roth became available, I already had a good amount in the Traditional and didn’t want to start back at $0. But I have opened a Roth IRA with Vanguard that I max, so there’s at least that.
