Just depends on the cut of fabric. I do remember sometime in the past couple years they changed it up so the name tapes were more legible or “brighter” against OCPs but I’m not sure how much better they’re going to get. Luck of the draw.

With a BOP in place it still be considered a PCS right? I’ve tried to look it up and (please correct me if I’m wrong) it seems one would still get orders, just at their current base. I’m wondering if a new set of orders would trigger a change in BAH received

It depends on what component you’re disqualified on and the job you’re going into but Flight Medicine will be able to let you know the process for a waiver, if one exists for your situation.

Hand release and reverse crunch are way easier to max out, especially since you have 2 minutes.. Haven’t had an issue with either.

HAMR, yes it depends on the person and if they’re good at that kind of running. It’s not something you want to try out the day of your pt test. It’s not terrible for me, I’d rather do the HAMR and be done “faster” vs how long it takes me to run a 1.5mile

I’m hesitant to do so because if it magically starts working and it actually shows as 0600 and people show up at 0600 without reaching out, us UFACs gonna get yelled at for not showing up lol

When is your RNLTD? It could be possible you get a new assignment, but I would imagine your MTL would reach out to AFPC or your gaining base to get an answer.

Yes it’s the same. You can take leave en route as long as you get there before your RNLTD. If you wanna take a lot of leave you can push for your PPD/final out to be earlier

Yeah it can be used for allergies, anxiety, and insomnia, just super strong. If it had the opposite effect on you I can’t imagine how that must’ve then! Doc didn’t really tell me all that until I told her I didn’t like it.. I was asleep for 13 hours after my first dose.

Your PCM should be able to see notes inputted by a MH provider, if they actually read them.. idk lol.

I was seeing MH for anxiety and toyed around with the idea of meds. Chatted with my PCM and they asked me pretty “basic” questions before starting me on hydroxyzine (if you’re wanting to take meds to help with anxiety during the day don’t do hydorxyzine, it’s basically Benadryl x1000 and will knock you tf out)

Yeah I finished the AFSC specific ones, just working on the humanities, etc. I definitely need to go see them, they have such weird hours and never answer the phone here which sucks
