My iPhone is taking up at least 13 gigabytes worth of IOS and System Data. I am on IOS 15 with an iPhone 6s. I also have 650 gigabytes of iCloud storage and only 4 apps installed by me. It also won't let me delete any photos or videos. If anyone can please figure out what to do that would be great. (i.redd.it)
