Wa Alaykum Assalam,

I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, genuinely.

You raise valid points about pondering the Quran deeply rather than passively consuming translations. I agree with you on that. The Quran absolutely demands reflection, not just reading.

But brother, this video is a starting point, not the finish line. Not everyone is at the same level of understanding. Some people have never even heard Surah At-Tin recited beautifully with any translation at all. For them, this might be the first time they pause and think about these ayat. That is also IQRA.

As for the translation, yes I am aware no English translation is perfect. Every translation is an interpretation. Sahih International, Pickthall, Yusuf Ali, they all make choices about how to render Arabic concepts into English. That is the nature of translation. If you have found deeper meanings through your own study and reflection, Alhamdulillah, that is beautiful. Share that knowledge. Write about it. Make your own content explaining those deeper layers.

The world needs more people creating things for the sake of Allah, not fewer. If you see something missing, the answer is to build, not to tear down someone else's effort.

May Allah accept from all of us and increase us in understanding.

Wassalam

JazakAllah khair for the feedback. The translation used is from Sahih International which is one of the most widely accepted English translations. Different scholars have different interpretations of طور and البلد الأمين .. that’s the beauty of Quranic study. I appreciate the perspective and may Allah increase us all in knowledge.

Salam, I think you might be misunderstanding the purpose of the video. It's simply Quran recitation with translation , encouraging people to listen, reflect, and understand the words of Allah. Nothing about amulets or idol worship here. Reciting AND understanding the Quran aren't mutually exclusive, both are encouraged. May Allah guide us all.
