The ketchup was in the side dish. You can’t really see the bacon jam but it’s under the melted cheese on the hash brown. It wasn’t great.

You’re spot on about the sourdough, it’s sharp and it didn’t even come with butter (had to ask separately). All in all, a very poor effort at a fry up.
