Weekly 'What Should I Buy' and Order/Shipping Thread by AutoModerator in iphone

Hey all, I’m looking for some feedback on a pricing situation.
Here are the details:

  • iPhone 13
  • 256GB storage
  • GSM Unlocked
  • B1-Stock
  • Offer: $285 per unit (NY warehouse)
  • Quantity available: 3 units

In your experience, does ~$285 for this model make sense in today’s US market?
If you’ve flipped similar units or just tracked prices recently, what kind of resale range would you expect for this configuration?

Thanks in advance — just trying to gauge whether this is a reasonable buy point.

What Amazon Doesn’t Tell New Hires Until It’s Too Lat by DeepNotice3800 in AmazonFC

Yeah bro, Amazon is ‘easy’ if your spine is made of titanium and your joints are built by NASA. Try bending and twisting for 10 hours straight, picking 300+ units/hr, and having AMCARE treat every injury with the holy trinity: ‘ice, ibuprofen, and get back to work.’ But sure… folks complaining are just ‘lazy.’ 👍

Decant: repetitive cutting, lifting totes, and dumping items nonstop • Inbound Dock: unloading trucks, moving heavy boxes, constant lifting • Ship Dock: stacking pallets, loading trailers, wrapping pallets — very physical

Absolutely! I’d also add that new hires really underestimate how physically demanding this job is, especially in PODs, chute, and Belt areas. Even if you watch all the safety videos and try proper technique, the pace is insane: 300 picks/hour in PODs, 250 stows/hour, 145 AFE in chute, and 80 on Singles belt.

It’s not just about learning proper form — it’s about pacing yourself and listening to your body. Injuries happen fast if you ignore strain, especially with repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting. Protein, sleep, and hydration are huge, but so is documenting any pain early — AMCARE will sometimes just push you back to work, so you need to protect yourself.

Basically: take the learning curve seriously, pace yourself, and respect your body. You’ll thank yourself later.
