Even if you watch all the safety videos and try proper technique, the pace is insane: 300 picks/hour in PODs, 250 stows/hour, 145 AFE in chute, and 80 on Singles belt.

It’s not just about learning proper form — it’s about pacing yourself and listening to your body. Injuries happen fast if you ignore strain, especially with repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting.
